Wedding day disasters and common mistakes can happen to even the most organised couples. Some can be simply solved with an open mind, others need a bit of luck!
Of course, today we want to share a recent story that has happened to our Queensland couple. It all started with an email that read: 'Can you tell me what flavour my wedding candy is meant to be?' Not a bad start to a Monday morning...
After a check on the order form we have quickly learned that the candy was ordered and made with a licorice flavour. It's a flavour that can't be mistaken for anything else. Do you love licorice? A quick phone call to the bride-to-be revealed that she has made an error. The worst thing was that she absolutely hated this flavour and so did her mum.
With a bit of luck, we reshuffled some orders to allow us to re-make the candy in the flavour it was always meant to be - the butterscotch! Luckily we still had a couple of weeks up our sleeve. Due to her budget constraints, it was a quick decision to re-make the candy free of charge. At the end of the day, we all make mistakes and we are here to make sure your personalised wedding candy is everything you ever wanted on your special day!
